Refund policy

At Rekayro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@rekayro.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- be unused and in their original condition;
- include original packaging and accessories where applicable;
- be returned within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- digital products or downloadable content;
- items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear;
- hygiene-sensitive products once opened, where applicable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rekayro.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photos or videos showing the problem;
- photos of the packaging and shipping label where possible.
If approved, we may, at our discretion:
- send a replacement;
- issue a partial or full refund;
- provide another appropriate resolution.
We may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Delivery Issues
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
An order marked as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for refund unless sufficient evidence of delivery failure is provided.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return procedure.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction after approval.
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Rekayro reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, or replacements in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive claims, or policy violations.
